STEP 1: Email us some photos

Simply email us photos of the clubs you would like to trade-in. Include photos of the club face, back face (sole ), from the top of the club, shafts and the grips.

STEP 2: Quote, we will give you an estimate

Based on the photos received, our team will be in touch with you to suggest an approximate price for trading in your item(s).

STEP 3: Accepting price and sending us the item(s) for trade

Upon receiving confirmation that you are happy with the approximate price that we have quoted, we then require the item(s) to be delivered to us (at your cost). This enables us to so accurately assess the quality of the goods, ensuring they match the photos provided.

STEP 4: Formally assess the item(s)

Once the items(s) are received in store, we can then thoroughly assess the clubs and confirm the price offered. Please note the actual price won’t be below or above the approximate price we originally offer, unless there is something we could not see from the photos you sent earlier.

STEP 5: Process payment directly into your account

Payment will be processed, by depositing the agreed sum of money into your nominated bank account.
